I have added websites to be denied for my child's user account under weblist exceptions I have blocked Facebook and Ebay and it works fine but although I have denied youtube I can still access the website with his user account What am I doing wrong please? Thank you

Sometimes when I log on F secure states that my computer is fully protected, then after a few minutes states that it is not, and needs to update. Subsciption runs out now in 2018, so fully covered.
