I have a new windows 8, HP. I want to encrypt a admin password for it. I wonder if I can get a free Password Manager App to create one for me. I noticed that some products of F-SECURE need to paid and expensive.
I google that here is several way for me to set my windows password:

Wiki how is strong, but I can not find how to encvrypt excpet to change another one, change and encryption are not the same.
Consider of storage and creation, App to Store Passwords is what I am thinking of cause it have the features of password creation, recovery and storage. I just want an free app for me to have a trail.
