F-Secure app Required mines gone? How can I get it back.

If there means "F-Secure App Permissions" -> so, it discontinued as noted there:

There probably not available "get it back" with proper steps; But "F-Secure App Permissions" still work - if you did not uninstall/remove it from device (latest available build);

 

As additional point - such "feature/design" already covered by fresh Android builds; Or if there not fresh one Android -> F-Secure SAFE for Android have feature/module with related view (where listed not all, but applications, which required your attention);
