Freedome and Whatsapp
Hi! I have had a problem using Freedome when making Whatsapp calls. I am able to make a call,but normally after 6-7minutes, Freedome is breaking the connection. So I am not able to use it. I am calling outside Finland often and would need a good connection. Is there a solution for my problem? Thanks, Anja

F-Secure Total on Windows 11 Outlook emails.
I have just purchased and installed F-Secure Total on my Windows 11 PC. Now I cannot get pictures or links to show in my emails. The Help search facility is poor and by the look of the dates on some of the posts need to be verified as still valid as I would question if advice given in 2013 is still valid in 2023.

HI, When I log into F-Secure online, my subscription is shown as ending on 03 June 2024. The apps on MacOS and IOS show my subscription ending on 07 Mar 2024. What is going on here???

Safe Browser not visible in Android app control
Hi, how can the kid's time spent on Safe Browser be limited as its not visible in Android SAFE App Control like other apps? So for example total daily limit 2h of which max 1h could be spent on Safe Browser. Or how could SB be totally disabled? Then I'd allow e.g. only Chrome which can be time controlled.

When I run F-Secure Charter AntiBot Scanner it tells me that I have items in quarantine and when I click "View Quarantine" there is Nothing there. What is the problem? I don't recall doing a previous scan that found anything to be quarantined.
