How do I cancel my subscription?

Welcome to the F-Secure Community. Thank you for your post.

If your account is set up with Manual Renewal (you can check this on your My F-Secure account under Subscription), then you can just let your subscription run out. If you let your subscription run out, with Manual Renewal, your subscription will expire once the days left on your subscription are used. 

If you want to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to My F-Secure account
2. Select Subscription
3. Select Cancel subscription

Now your subscription will end automatically if you do not manually renew. 

If you have an automatic renewal that you have bought from a 3rd party provider, such as Bredband2, Power or EDV Buchversand, please contact your provider in order to cancel your subscription.
