Freedome VPN Not connecting

hello, since few hours ago or a day almost, the VPN does not connect. Tried restarting my PC it just stucks on Connecting as shown on screenshot. Anyone else is having this issue right now? I cant connect to any country. Please fix this issue, thank you.

Probably in your case there was a temporary problem with the connection to the server. If the problem persists all the time, please change the VPN protocol to IKEv2 in the settings.

Please write how the situation looks now.

thanks IKEv2 worked but other Protocols still doesnt work. How do you fix other protocols as i trust them more?

So that I can give you the most accurate information please give me the following details:

1. the country from which you are connecting to the VPN

2. the Operating System on which you are using the VPN

Once I receive these details from you, I will try to work out the details as soon as possible.
