renewal of subscription from the old application

good day, in the old application I had an activated key until 2025 and now it has been cancelled. what should I do?? I had honestly paid for the key.

Same problem here.

I purchased a key in june 2022 for 2 years. Now after upgrading, my supscription until 2024 seems to have been canceled.
