Subscription added, but devices are unprotected

Hi, I bought Fsecure Total and it looks like the subscription was added but it doesn't cover devices. I added a screenshot as an example how it doesn't work

    We encountered an issue while updating your subscription from our backend. However, we've manually updated the subscription, and this should resolve the issue. Kindly log in to your My F-Secure account to verify this.

    It says 5/5, this means that you have not activated any device yet. Below an example from my account, two devices registered. In the top right corner it shows: Licenses remaining 3/5. Try to register a device and the activated device should show up.

    I just checked on freedome and it doesn't see the subscription.
