Security application not found
Surf protection add-on says: Säkerhetsapplikationen hittades inte (Security application not found) and cannot connect to this application. Reinstalling the add-on did not help. Wat can I do to have this functioning? Also the bankbanner does not function. It does not function on Edge and Firefox.

F-Secure plugin for Firefox does not open Google sponsored pages (www.googleadservices.com). If I disable the F-Secure plugin for Firefox, the windows open normally. The F-Secure add-ons for Chrome and Edge work fine.😒

Paypal.com not recognized by F-Secure Banking Protection
Title already tells it. I also attached a picture of my online banking page, for which the Banking Protection is working fine (same browser, same session, i did not even enter credentials. It's kinda worrying that a local bank has protection, but widespread PayPal doesn't. Please fix urgently!!!

Freedom and ID protction
Do I have to have Freedo and ID protection if I have Fsecure Total? Do I pay for these to applicaitons? Should I uninstall these applicaitons? Do they disturb the interaction with Fsecure Total?

Why are general bank pages blocked?
When I call up my bank page, the banking protection switches on so that I cannot call up any general information page of the bank such as interest rates, offers or the customer magazine. The problem only exists with the Firefox browser, it works with the Edge browser, both under WIN10. All programs are up to date.

Popup error message when trying to install

Vault password working on phone but not in PC

I keep getting a notification in ID Protection that my app will no longer be supported and to download the new app. However the link to the new app doesn’t work - it says URL not found/invalid. Aanmelden Safe Online van Ziggo
Sinds 16 mei 2023 ben ik bezig om Safe Online van Ziggo bij F-Secure aangemeld te krijgen. Krijg alleen een oranje scherm met "kan niet aanmelden". Volgens Ziggo ligt het aan F-secure dat er geen verbinding gemaakt kan worden??? Dus reeds 4 maanden. Kan ik misschien geholpen worden??

Hello, Google Play told me that F-Secure total is not working with a Huawei Mate 9. So it can't be downloaded and installed. In the description of the Software (Licence for 10 devices) i don't read about it befor i bought the licence. Is this a known problem, can i solve it? Greetings
