Banking protection

when the bank website is opened , banking protection is active, there is green line around the perimeter of the screen and certain websites cannot be accessed. However using the link on the website and logging on to internet banking using a password, the fsecure banking protection goes away ie the green line goes away. Any website can be accessed now.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I used to access internet banking from the tab in the favourites taskbar.

    I deleted the tab, went to the bank site and opened internet banking. It worked fine.

    Saved this to the favourites bar and is working fine now.

    This matter can now be treated as resolved

    Banking Protection should activate automatically when you visit a banking website. While it’s active, your internet access is restricted to protect your transaction.

    However, we've noticed that Banking Protection seems to deactivate when you log in to the banking site. Could you please provide more details about this behavior? Specifically, the URLs you were trying to access when Banking Protection disappeared would be very helpful.
