Weekly scan failure
I have a weekly scan scheduled that last ran on the 7th of January. If I go into settings, it's there, scheduled. Just rarely seems to happen... Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks

I have a five licenses valid to 22/1 2026. Now I have a new 6:th lic valid one year from now.
But when I try to install the new one it says that my email-adress already exist. I know that my last Safe are valid just 1 year. I suppose that is the problem. Could you please change the valid date for my 5 old lic .I understand that all 6 will have have a shorter valid time. Perhaps you cant. Kindly Regards…

When renewing the subscription for my Internet Security it starts from that moment. Why does it not follow on from the expiry of the current version? I have lost 2 months over the last 4 years! I have had a 2 year 3 device subscription for many years. I am sure this didn't always happen.

Safe Browser not visible in Android app control
Hi, how can the kid's time spent on Safe Browser be limited as its not visible in Android SAFE App Control like other apps? So for example total daily limit 2h of which max 1h could be spent on Safe Browser. Or how could SB be totally disabled? Then I'd allow e.g. only Chrome which can be time controlled.
