I WAS HAVING A LIVE CHAT WITH YOUR EXPERT AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH REISTALL INSTRUCTIONS BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SUCH EMAIL

    I regret to hear that you haven't received the email. However, after checking our system, I can confirm that we did send you an email with instructions on how to reinstall the app on your Windows computer. The email was sent to your Yahoo mail.

    Please make sure that your inbox is not full and check your Junk and Spam folder. The sender's address is customer-care@f-secure.com.

    To reinstall the app, you can follow the links that @Ukko  provided in the previous comment.
