Is Windows 10 enterprise os supported by f secure?

I have recently installed Windows 10 enterprise 2019 ltsc version but keep getting a notification that it is not recognized when attempting to download the F Secure internet security. I have fully updated the OS on windows update but still cannot download successfully. Does F Secure not support Windows Enterprise OS?

To ensure a smooth activation process, could you kindly let me know if you are using a subscription code or My F-Secure to activate your subscription?

Also, please note that the [OLD] F-Secure Internet Security has been replaced with the [NEW] F-Secure Internet Security, which now requires using an account for subscription activation and downloads. One addition to this, Windows must be "Workstation" type. Our product does not support "Server" or "Domain controller" types.
