The F-Secure icon keeps disappearing from my mobile phone screen. I'm concerned that during these times I'm not protected.

    The F-Secure icon keeps disappearing from my mobile phone screen. I'm concerned that during these times I'm not protected.

    It can be useful to know your device model and Android version.

    And, maybe, some more things like - does re-opening F-Secure app will re-trigger a proper state?

    As a random suggestion, you could try to check if any battery optimizations or battery savers, built-in modes are enabled.

    Described there: Why does F-Secure SAFE go inactive on my Huawei device? - F-Secure Community (KB-article URL) for a certain manufacturer, but can be with different ones too.

    F-Secure app can be deactivated due this set-up.
