Reinstalled OS on laptop: need a new code (5 user subscription)
Hello. I have a 5 user account with Freedome. I recently had to re-install the operating system on my laptop and so my Freedome account code will no longer work on this device. Can you assist me with resetting the code and the procedure for ensuring the remaining devices can also still use Freedome? Thanks.

Hi, When I´m using Freedome on my Mac and iPhone I´m not able to make FaceTime to connect. The app starts the call but it is not able to connect to another device. FaceTime works perfectly without VPN.

Hi NowTV can see that I am using an VPN connection, this is new and I specifically chose Freedome for this purpose. Why can they suddenly see me behind your UK VPN when I use Freedome? As of now, this renders the Freedome VPN product useless.
