12 months subscription for 5 units - bought Oct-16, but now says expired Mar-16?

Lately discovered that my laptop never mentions anymore that "I'm protected" - then I discover it's not active any longer - I then log in to check my account saying that my subscription has expired on 30 March,2016 ...when I  bought it on Oct 19, 2016!?   And now asking me to renew!?

 

I've paid for a whole year - and I get this crap?

    May I know which product is not showing the status as protected? Is it Freedome?

     

    The product which you have purchased on Oct 2016 is Freedome and can be activated using the multi platform subscription you purchased. We have knowledgebase articles which explains more on how to do that here.
