I purchased a years subscription for VPN, i had a windows update (one of the long one) and now there is no trace of freddom. It is in my documents (my PC but wont load.

May I know what is the OS of your device? If you are unable to see Freedome in the device, have you tried to install it again? Is there any error message seen during the installation?
If you are able to see Freedome in the installed programs list, could you try to uninstall and reinstall it again?
