WHY ID PROTECTION SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED AND SYNC OFF NOW ?
I continued to purchase F-Secure TOTAL in July, but due to the expiration of the ID PROTECTION subscription, synchronization was turned off and a license purchase message appeared. I reinstalled ID PROTECTION, but it didn't solve the problem. The system used is WIN10, FIREFOX.

ID Protect was licensed then I bought a subscription to F-Secure Total & now ID Protect has run out
ID Protect doesn't seem to recognise my F-Secure Total subscription as it was subscribed prior to purchasing Total. I don't want to lose my existing Vault contents

Autofill code gets 'invalid'
Hi, I recently moved from Key to ID protection. As I tried to install the extension in Firefox I can't get it to work as the code I get from my ID protection (windows) app gets an 'invalid' message. How do I solve this? Thanks!

How can Ik get back the passwords from xs4all-keymanager?

After I have imported passwords the are in the application visible for a few moments. Then they are removed. I looks like a synchronisation to the wrong way. Instead of adding to the other devices it removes from the original. Hope someone knows a solution.
