ID Protect was licensed then I bought a subscription to F-Secure Total & now ID Protect has run out

ID Protect doesn't seem to recognise my F-Secure Total subscription as it was subscribed prior to purchasing Total. I don't want to lose my existing Vault contents

    Hi @WhiskyMac

    To recap our conversation regarding your issue that you have purchased TOTAL outside of your existing account and ID PROTECTION is showing expired, we recommend you to export the vault first on your Windows or Mac as a backup to your vault.

    After doing this, reinstallation of ID PROTECTION from the correct account is to ensure the correct license and subscription are attached to that device.
