No licence on log into ID protect hence no log in
My daughter can not log into ID protect she keeps getting no licence message with a red X. although I have another two licences left I have sent her an invitation she deleted her previous f secure app re downloaded them signed in to f secure safe ok but when she tries to sign to ID protect she gets the same message no licence with a red X.

I may need to check on your My F-Secure account accordingly however the email that you use on F-Secure Community is not showing any result. I will sent you a private message, kindly reply and provide the email that you use to register on My F-Secure portal.
