ID PROTECTION install fails

I double-click the install file FSecureIDPWin_pid-6661000+aid-1n825gn1giksnz_.exe . Windows asks if I allow the application to make changes. I click YES. Nothing happens.

Windows 11 Home Version 22H2 Build 22621.317 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22632.1000.)
