Managed to connect from Finland to the US a couple of times, but now no connection to anywhere
Hello, got a subscription yesterday but when I try to connect, it will just say "Connecting..." forever, without actually managing to make a connection. Yesterday it made it through two times, so it seems to be possible (i.e., no configuration necessary, I suppose?). I haven't changed any settings in my Internet connection.

Is Freedome compatible with the iPhone 8 Plus?
My impression is that Freedome gets OFF after some time (maybe minutes, max 1,2 hours) - not matter of WiFi or mobile data.I aslo see no small VPN icon in the upper menue. I use an iPhone 8 Plus. On my iPad Air 2 Freedome works fine. Both devices are uptodate (run with iOS 11).
