No 'Have a code? field' - where do I enter the renewal code?

Hello, I got an email about my subscription ending on 1st March (month and a half from today), and it urged me to renew now. I did that and received the new code. I opened Freedome, entered the Subscription window to enter the code, but then I noticed that the "Have a code?" field is not there. I have the same issue on all 3 devices (Windows computer, Ipad and Android phone). So where do I enter the code now?? Or does this field only appear a certain time before the subscription ends (in which case why is the notification about renewal sent so early)? Thanks for any advice in advance. -Essi

    Hi Essi,

     

    You can enter the new subscription on to your devices only 30 days before the expiry of the current subscription.
