Every morning when I open my android phone, there is a cat picture on the front. This started last fall (2015). Who is sending these cats to my phone??? Is if F-secure, Telia, or who? Anyone else?

F-Secure Events Reporting Lots of "Harmful Websites" Blocked that I'm not visiting
In my F-Secure Events list, I've lately been seeing lots of blocked URLs, (such as :"html-load.cc" ). I'm not sure where this is coming from as I'm not seeing any messages while browsing and none of the URLs are anything I'm trying to visit.
