VPN Down on IOS and Window 11

Hi
I had an in app request to update and restart the VPN on both IOS and Window 11, now neither are working.
IOS I can not turn the VPN on at all and Windows just notes loading for over 24hrs
I have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled and updated but still having the same issue.
Has anyone had this problem or can advise how it can be fixed?

- have you tried manually shut and restart the vpn after on both devices before waiting them in "stuck-queue" ?
- Try shutdown the network(wifi,LTE,eth) you are not using on devices if possible

I am unable to turn the VPN on or off on IOS and Window
I have tried tuning off the WI-FI and Ethernet connections and rebooting the home routers no change.
The settings on the PC seems to be showing the VPN has not installed after looking even after reinstalling a number of times
All up to date and installer V25.6

If you can't manually shutdown/restart(on/off) the vpn service it seems your UI is also stucked.
