IPhone,Personal HotSpot,F-Secure VPN blocks passtrough

After Activating Personal Hotspot(Wifi),F-Secure VPN 25,5 (IKEv2) on Iphone 14(iOS 18.5,LTE)

Clients with F-Secure VPN on (android,Ipad) using that Hotspot as gw are being blocked

What are the possibilities to get this tethered traffic to passtrough the iphone ?

    Log sent. It worked ok with previous VPN Freedome and IKEv1.Apple does not nessessary offer the IKEv1 as VPN protocol any more depending iphone and iOS.
