With all respect, I t think I have been an F-Secure user for, at least, 20 years. I have an e-mail dated January 18th 2005 (see below).

I have never left you nor used any other Security product since then.

Regards

Thomas

    Hello,

This badge mainly refers to the (F-Secure) Community part.

So, the account achievements as a community member. Likely applied to any form of it under "community.f-secure.com" domain. Which started to be used somewhere around May 2011 (according to my feelings; and as a date of first existed topic).

Before this (as far as I know) there was either another domain, or another form of forum/board or something like that. Users of which were the first users of the current Community. Still all of them are earliest registered as 2011.

Your "Join Date" to the Community, according to the account/username you are using, is dated back to 2017. The "Nine Eight Years" badge will likely appear in November (per further login event).

The situation is that even if a "common" email is used for the Community account and the purchase of subscriptions or an account for a product, they are not "directly" connected. Each has their own password and in theory you can use another / any email address (or change it in either place). So, the actual time of being F-Secure user is not really tracked. :(

Actually, I think there should be some extra advances for people like you with such strong loyalty; including (but not limited to) some benefits during renewal. I hope that something like this either exists or will happen someday.

    Thanks.
