After my 14-day trial ends does the app start charging me every month or can I just delete the app? If it does start charging how can i cancel my subscrition?

FREEDOME appears to corrupt my credit card payments ONLINE.
I have FREEDOME.installed on my IPhone 6+ running IOS 8.1, and since installing it I have been unable to use any of my payment cards online. I have run the same transactions on my laptop which has McAfee protection and the work. I have all layers of protection enabled, can anyone help?
