Lost my subscription code

I got a free six-month subscription code from a Finnish network operator, DNA. Unfortunately, I had to factory reset my phone and I lost my subscription for freedome because I hadn't written down the code anywhere. Is it any way possible to get a new code even though it is all my faul that I lost it? Or should I try and contact DNA?
