After my 14-day trial ends does the app start charging me every month or can I just delete the app? If it does start charging how can i cancel my subscrition?

Please refer to the product page.

"Freedome always includes a free 14-day trial for first-time users. Once your trial period expires, you can choose one of several subscription options."

 

So you can delete the app if you wish to do so.
