I have an active subscription on my iPad and iPhone (Oct 2023), when I use the code to install on another device it says the code expired Sep 2021. I have auto renew through Apple store. How do i mange my subscriptions to allow another device.

internet connection until I change Freedome location on android
My problem is only on android and has occurred for approximately the past 10 days. I do not know about the connection being interrupted, until I try to access some content. As a result, I miss notifications or calls... the solution so far seems to be a change of Freedome location.

We have an existing subscription for three devices and would now like to remove one old device and add a new one. How to do it? We only have a reference number but don´t have (or have forgotten) the login email adress and password for the subscription (are they needed in this case?).

VPN tries to connect but never does
Hi! As I turn on the VPN, it only stays "connecting" phase - and never seems to connect. I don't get any error messages or any indication that the effort is unsuccessful - except that it just won't connect. I haven't done an update to my MacBook, so not sure where's the problem.
