Subscription expired but fully paid up

Just to summarize our discussion, the subscription you bought can only be used on an iOS device with the same Apple ID that was used to make the purchase https://community.f-secure.com/vpn-en/kb/articles/5929-can-i-transfer-f-secure-freedome-vpn-bought-from-appstore-playstore-to-other-operating-system. To ensure that you can use the subscription, please make sure that you are logged in to the device using the same Apple ID.
If you're having an issue seeing the subscription activated on the app, you can try restoring the purchase by following these steps.
Note: Make sure your iOS device uses the same Apple ID as your F-Secure Freedome VPN purchase.
- Open App Store
- Search for F-Secure Freedome VPN
- Download the F-Secure Freedome VPN app
- Open the F-Secure Freedome VPN app
- Open menu from top left corner
- Tap Subscription
- Tap Restore iTunes purchases
- Tap Restore purchases
- Freedome VPN is now activated
Note: If it does not get activated or takes time to activate, remove the F-Secure app (F-Secure Freedome VPN) from the device, restart and reinstall it back. Next, follow back the steps from Step number 5 to activate it.

Based on what you've told me, it seems like there might be a few different possibilities for what could be causing the issue. It's possible that you purchased the subscription from the App Store or Google Play store, in which case the subscription won't show up in My F-Secure. Alternatively, you may have purchased the subscription from a local reseller, in which case you'll need to activate it using a voucher code.
