F SECURE BLOCKING MY INTERNET CONNECTION

Hello,

Both myself and my relative get disconnected from the internet once we turn on

F-Secure Freedome VPN.

So we're having to keep it switched off, which isn't ideal.

This happens for both our Android phones (I'm on a Samsung S20, my relative is also on a Samsung - not sure what model)as well as my relative's Windows 10 laptop.

We noticed this happening late last year and thought this was a product update glitch, but unfortunately this issue remains an issue.

Please help.

Actually, good to know a bit more information. Like if this experience is related only to one Internet access point (your ISP) or with any network.

And for Windows (at least) - there are available some troubleshooting advices:

Another point: if it is F-Secure VPN (Freedome) disconnected itself and as a result, also, Network connection with a cut off. If so, there are some more topics can be useful in mentioned Online Help.

Anyway, good if you will back with a little bit more description of your situations. Like example steps or something which can be useful to understand routine of your trouble. Is it related to any certain VPN entry point / location.
