should have been good till october 2023 IMO please help

    Thank you for your post.

    I checked your subscription code for F-Secure VPN and it appears that you still have a valid subscription for 145 days. However, it looks like you haven't redeemed the code in your My F-Secure account yet.

    Just so you know, we've recently launched a new account-based system for F-Secure VPN. You can find more information about it here: https://community.f-secure.com/vpn-en/kb/articles/29263-my-f-secure-account-required-for-f-secure-freedome-vpn-subscriptions

    I noticed that you already have an expired account, so I recommend converting the subscription code to usage time. To do this, you can follow these steps:

    1. Log in to My F-Secure
    2. On the top navigation bar, click Subscription*
    3. Select I want to.. under Manage your subscriptions headline
    4. Select Enter subscription code from the drop-down menu
    5. Type in your subscription code (found on your F-Secure box or card), and click Continue
    6. Verify the subscription details and if they are correct, click Accept
    7. Click Close

    Once you have converted your subscription code to usage time, you can simply log back into the F-Secure VPN app to reactivate your license.
