I have checked your email and I can see that you have reached out to our support channel with regard to the Freedome VPN subscription. I believe you have installed and activate the F-Secure Freedome VPN on your Galaxy Tab A8. In case if you have not yet installed it, you can refer to the steps on the article link below:
