I bought freedome for three units. Installed it on pc. Ok. Wish to install on android phone. Already have freedome with monthly renewal. How to upgrade/change subscription? New code doesn`t work. Says not valid. Wish to stop first subscription since do not need double.

Virtual location does not work
Hi, I tried to change my virtual location to the UK (I'm currently abroad), but I still can't access geographically restricted content - the site tells me it can only be accessed from the UK. Since this is the main reason why I bought this software, I'm rather disappointed!

Unable to connect via RDP and High Port
I am not able to connect to an Public IP via RDP using a High Port like 33800. Without VPN everything works fine, also using another VPN provider it is possible to connect but not with Freedome. Thanks
