iPhone and iPad license
I have bought Freedome through the App Store for my iPhone and now want to use the app on my iPad. It's asking me for another subscription but surely I'm covered through my iPhone subscription. Restore iTunes purchase isn't working and it's asking for my freedome account I'd which I can't find as the only email I have is from the AppStore
please help as this is souring my experience already. Also I purchased an F secure safe subscription in error can I get a refund. Please help

I'm sorry to hear your have having problems activating your Freedome subscription on your iPad. From your description it sounds like you might not have logged in with the same Apple ID on your iPad, as on the iPhone.
When you purchase a Freedome subscription via the App Store is it only valid for the Apple ID you have made the purchase with. You can try having a look at the following guide from Apple, and check that on your iPhone to see if you can find the subscription. If you find it there, I would go and check if you are logged in with that account on your iPad as well.
