My subscription key will not accept. Paid for new Subscription yesterday. My 2011 did not run out till 1st Dec, but I had to uninstall that, via yourselves. Now I just cant move anywhere with it.

Can a .tmp file be a virus/trojan?
At each login I get the message that a virus is removed. It is a generic trojan 6667379 and the file is s1esa5s57og8ghga9.tmp in the Temp directory.
