HI!i HAVE A PROBLEM TO GET COMPUTER SECURITY TO WORK. I UPDATED MY fs2011 TO fs2012

How can I get it work??

I have a license witch is in 16.52014.

And I just updated my F-security2011 to -2012 and it dos not work like it should be work. Should I uninstalled and install back FS2011 cause this 2011 works like it should to work.

I activated but it didn't start work. I mean this computer security. On line safety start works but not computer security. Were is the problem??
