Additional licences
I have successfully loaded F-Secure on to my desktop, but am unable to add any more products / licences to my subscription. I was led to believe that 5 licences were available. Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.

Online Scanner FIN language doesn't work
I just downloaded Online Scanner and tried to use it with Finnish language with no success. Program reported that it failed to download the databases needed. After several attempts, I changed to English and succeeded immediately. I am running WIN XP sp3 os laptop. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Software Loading
I recently installed F-Secure which was working perfectly. I had cause to re-set my PC to a previous date. I opted to reinstall and whilst the system shows that F-Secure is loaded it is not working as intended. I get a constant note to run the support tool - but all to no avail. Help please!!!!

F-Secure Internet Security Technology Preview 98 Issues - SCANNING & REINSTALL
Today, I come to find out that my F-Secure Internet Security 2014 cannot do any scanning at all. I cannot do a Virus Scan, Full Scan and Custom Scan. Even try to do a scan via Explorer. Nothing works! So I uninstall. And reinstall the TP98 file again. Now, I got nothing! No F-Secure! So fustrating!!!
