Hei, Olen ostanut verkkokauppa.com teidän freedome lisenssin kolmelle laitteelle. Vaihdoin uuteen iPhoneen ja sivustonne ohje lisenssin siirtoon ei vastaa softaa. Missään vaiheessa ei voi syöttää siirrettävän lisenssin numeroa. en nyt viitsi maksaa uudestaan ja ostaa uutta lisenssiä täältä ulkomailta. mikä on ratkaisu?
