Exit group

How do I come out of group on expired subscription to accept invitation to join new subscription. Mine expired today and won't let me log in.

thank you for contacting us on our F-Secure Community Portal.

If you are having trouble with logging into your account, I would first advice you to reset your password. On the My F-Secure Log in page, click on Forgot Password? and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you are able to change your password, log in to your sub-user account using your own email address. Once logged in, you will see a white circle with the first letter of your name, please click on the circle. Then select Remove from my F-Secure group. After you delete yourself from the group you will get a information that your subscription is no longer valid - it means that have successfully removed your email address.

If resetting your password does not work and you still cannot access your account, please let me know and I will remove your email address from the group in our system :)
