Not possible to get F-secure on my systems for months

As I feared, I could not find you in our system. This is due to the fact that you are a Ziggo customer and unfortunately we do not have Ziggo customers data in our system. To explain this better, the software is indeed based on our solutions, however the software is specific to Ziggo. We as F-Secure customer service have no knowledge of Ziggo secure internet software. Unfortunately, we don't know exactly what the program looks like or how it works. Due to the lack of Ziggo customer data in our system, we also cannot check the error that shows up in your account. I would ask you to contact Ziggo directly, you will surely get assistance there that will help you solve this issue.
