Popup error message when trying to install
Trying to install Security Suite I get a popup window message "We cannot display the content right now due to technical reasons. You should try again later." The window title is F->(Product.name).

Why did an update come suddently?
I completely freaked out when I did a virus scan of the whole computer and it kept throwing me out of f-secure, why hadn't there been a notification to update first?

So, I had ID-Protection which was upgared F-Secure Total. Now my vault password not working in PC. I keep saying it´s wrong password. When I try to recover password via QR-code which I made with phone, it says QR-Code not recognized.

Replacement App for ID Protection
I keep getting a notification in ID Protection that my app will no longer be supported and to download the new app. However the link to the new app doesn’t work - it says URL not found/invalid. Aanmelden Safe Online van Ziggo
Sinds 16 mei 2023 ben ik bezig om Safe Online van Ziggo bij F-Secure aangemeld te krijgen. Krijg alleen een oranje scherm met "kan niet aanmelden". Volgens Ziggo ligt het aan F-secure dat er geen verbinding gemaakt kan worden??? Dus reeds 4 maanden. Kan ik misschien geholpen worden??
