Hello, I have tried to send unlock message. The locked phone signals a received a message but remains locked. I sent like 5 unlock codes provided by tech support but none of them worked. Since no one answered my email im asking here for help.

Hi. I'm trying to install F-Secure on my Android device but when I click on download it opens another browser to the Google Play store. As a Virgin Media customer though my first year's subscription is free so I do't know why it is doing this. Can anybody help me with the download? Thanks.

Recieved the letter from virgin telling me one of my devices has malware. Bought f safe secure using my smart phone. Tried to download f safe onto my laptop. Browser says "can't find page." I'm.assuming this is because the laptop has the malware on it, but if so what do i do? Help
