trying to install 2nd of my 5 lisences.....says lisence already in use

im trying to install 2nd of my 5 lisences on another laptop.....it keeps saying  lisence already in use

 

emailed all 4 other lisences to sam laptop...........all of them say lisence in use when email is opened

 

infuriating

 

now chat says no technicians available

 

i paid $25 for this 

 

what a waste of my money

also when i look at lisences it shows i have only used 1 and thats on this laptop, but even that says "lisence not in use"

 

is this a joke!!!!!!

We can only offer general advice on here relating to licensing issues, but usually, if you get the 'license in use' message, it gives you the option to move an inactive license to the machine you're trying to activate.  Is that not happening?

 

Unfortunately, the best thing to do if you're still having problems is raise a Support Ticket giving your license and purchase details, so they can look into it for you.  We can't do that here for obvious security reasons.

I get the same thing, just click on Reuse same license which should be the 2nd radio button and it would re-activate the license on your current machine removing it from the previously installed license on the older machine. Happens to me always when I format.
