VM customer, not getting a year
Hi, I installed F-Secure yesterday as a Virgin Media customer, I went through the correct steps, but I'm being told I have 29 days left to renew. It should be a year. How do I correct this? The download install file has what looks like a serial key in the name, is that a clue?

Unable to activate safe
I have purchased a licence for safe but each time I try to use my pc I get a daily countdown of the subscription period which started at 7 days and not at twelve months. I have not received any activation key. Can anyne help me. Tablet Windows 8.1.

How do I change Geo Location on PC when there is no option?
I'm using the trial version f-secure. When I click the f-secure icon on my pc the only options I see are this: Browsing Protection/Safe Search/My Safe. Where do I access the change geo location menu? I want to change the geo location but I don't see anywhere I can do so. Does the trial version not have the VPN service?
