Hi! I have purchased your product from you partner DNA in Finland. I'm using Mac and noticed that there is newer version 19.7 made publicly available, but seems that using you application through partner I'm not receiving that upgrade? Am I stuck with 19.5 version?

Ilmoituksen mukaan tilaukseni päättyy 28.8.2024, jos jatkan ennakkoon päivät lisätään uuteen tilaukseen. jatkoin tilaustani 30.7.2024, mutta uusi 2.n vuoden tilaus päättyy 28.8.2026, eli mitään lisäpäiviä ei tullut, miksi?

F-Secure is asking me to log into my device. I only have one user on my machine yet wen I log in, "My device" is greyed out, there is "My child's device" is the only acceptable option and there is a warning: You cannot select a profile that is already in use on this device. This error makes no sense. Can anyone help?
