Using the nearest VPN Client in Germany recently significantly slowed down internet traffic. Sometimes it is so slow that web-pages cannot be loaded because of time-out errors.

What can be done to improve this?

We are pleased to inform you that the issue with TLS 1.3 Kyber has been resolved.

To take advantage of this fix, we recommend enabling TLS 1.3 in your browser settings. Depending on your browser, you may need to set the TLS 1.3 option to "Default," "Enable," or "True."

You can try to check another location (so, not using the nearest option; but manually pick one). If trouble is still applied, then maybe your experience is about 'known' on-going limitation of "TLS 1.3 Hybridized Kyber feature".
