I have a notification telling me that my antivirus databases are outdated. I am asked to make the updates or each time it is a failure. Until now, everything was working well. I am on Window 10 and my subscription is valid.

Antivirus database not updating - what's wrong?
Hello, I'm not exactly a computer-savvy and rely on people knowing better than myself. I have a valid F-Secure Total subscription and the program gives an alert about every hour, that I need to update. But when I click the link, the update is failing. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Any ideas?

Hello, good day to you. I want fsscan.exe utility to ignore exclusions specified using F-Secure UI. Most EDR solutions provide either separate exclusions list or advanced options per each excluded entry, but F-Secure appears to have none. Thanks for your help in advance. Regards, Marco.

Tällä hetkellä Chromecast with google tv laitteeseen on saatavilla F-Secure Freedome VPN, minkä pitäisi kuitenkin tulevaisuudessa /tai alunperin ollakkin kuopattu sovellus ja tilalla F-Secure VPN. Onko mitään tietoa milloin Chromecast with google tv /vastaavaan mihin Freedome on saatavilla julkaistaan uusi VPN sovellus.

F-Secure Events Reporting Lots of "Harmful Websites" Blocked that I'm not visiting
In my F-Secure Events list, I've lately been seeing lots of blocked URLs, (such as :"html-load.cc" ). I'm not sure where this is coming from as I'm not seeing any messages while browsing and none of the URLs are anything I'm trying to visit.

The website "Finanzen.net" is providing stock information and investment background information, but is not a banking site. Could you consider removing it from the banking protection database? Or is there a way to exclude certain websites from banking protection locally in anyones personal system?

[Urgent] VPN outage
Does anyone experience VPN service down? I was able to use this afternoon and just now, all nodes are dead no matter switching on and off, change location as well as turning on or off my mobile, networks. No Hydra nor UDP nor wireguard not working. My time is 21:16 HKT GST+8.
